Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan — every province, major city and most remote areas — through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Charges

• Flat Rs. 200 delivery charge nationwide.
• The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you confirm — no hidden fees.

Dispatch & Delivery Time

• Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.
• Delivery takes 8-9 business days for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan).
• Remote areas may take 1–2 business days longer.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on every order. Simply pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives — no advance payment required. Please keep the exact amount ready to make handover smooth.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also message us any time and we'll check your courier status for you.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to reach you, they will typically attempt delivery again or contact you by phone. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, we'll reach out to arrange re-delivery. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.
