How does Cash on Delivery work?
Place your order online, and pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives at your door. No advance payment, no bank transfer needed. COD is available nationwide across Pakistan.
Can I order through WhatsApp instead?
Absolutely. Tap the WhatsApp button on any product page, tell us the piece and your size, and we'll confirm your order in chat.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll change or cancel it free of charge.
How long does delivery take?
Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours and arrive in 8 - 9 business days for major cities. Remote areas may take 1–2 days longer.
What are the delivery charges?
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies nationwide, shown at checkout before you confirm.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by SMS/WhatsApp. You can also message us any time and we'll check the courier status for you.
What if the size doesn't fit?
Message us within 7 days of receiving your order. As long as the piece is unworn, unwashed and has its tags attached, we'll arrange a size exchange. You cover sending it back, we cover sending the new size.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll dispatch a replacement immediately, at no cost to you.
Which size should I choose — 54 or 56?
Sizes refer to abaya length. As a general rule: 54 suits heights up to 5'4", 56 suits 5'4" and above. See our Size Guide for full measurements — or WhatsApp us your height and we'll recommend.
How do I wash my abaya?
Gentle hand wash in cold water, air dry away from direct sun, and iron inside-out on a cool setting. Beaded pieces should be washed inside-out in a mesh bag or dry-cleaned.
